Approximately 60 principal investigators, both laboratory and clinical researchers work within the Research Institute and the Medical Center. Some of these scientists are engaged in clinical research and clinical trials and others are engaged in research that will help us understand the function of certain human cells, genes, proteins and other fundamental structures within our bodies.
